How to face the interview and create a very good impression among the interviewers? Thats the most important question for a FRESHER who is searching for a JOB. Brilliant academic records, good looking disposition, social networking, smartness, etc. may not earn a favorable selection by the recruiters if to their assessment the candidate appears to be devoid of reasonable amount of essential etiquette's.
Etiquette, in plain and simple English means good manners. Job Seekers should always remember that during face to face interaction with Recruiters, good manners & courtesy though bear no cost but may create good impression which ultimately may succeed in getting the much dreamt of job known as the GOLDEN DEER. Furnished hereunder some of these to piously follow “before ”, “during ” and “after” Interview:

A. BEFORE THE INTERVIEW
1. Your hair should be clean and combed.
2. Nails should be clean and trimmed.
3. In absence of dress code, remember that its better to overdress than under dress.
4. Your shoes should be clean and/or shined.
5. Arrive at least 10 minutes before your interview
6. Turn off your cell phone or pager.
7. Respectfully shake hands everybody smilingly while arrive at the interview venue

1. Create first impression by giving greeting with a firm handshake to each of the interviewers
2. Sit up straight and lean slightly forward
3. Listen and pause before making answer with smile
4. Speak clearly with professionalism keeping eye contact and body language
5. Be prepared to take notes to make answer to the point

C. AFTER THE INTERVIEW
1. Shake each interviewer's hand with smile and thank each interviewer
2. Send a brief thanks letter soon after the interview
